You can book your space by completing the Book A Space Form available on our website or through the Exhibitor Manual. Once submitted, our team will confirm availability and send you the participation contract and invoice.

• Complete and sign the Participation Contract
• Provide proof of payment (deposit or full amount, depending on your package)

Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure prime locations. Final booking deadlines will be announced closer to the event.

Yes. Booth allocation is based on availability, booth size, and payment confirmation. Priority is given to early bookings.
